Don’t forget that drinking plenty of water and tea, eating a healthy diet and daily exercise will make a HUGE difference with your complexion. Touching your face frequently is also a big no-no. Everyone’s skin is different, so experiment with your own treatment routines and find what best suits you!! I think this is a topic that’s almost taboo to talk about, but everyone has it, so we might as well help each other out with what we’ve found successful, right!?

Always wash your pillowcases frequently!
Keep your phone clean!
Exfoliate and use a good toner/acne moisturizer!
I even do Mudd masks once in a while to help balance it all out!
Do not touch your face throughout the day! You’ll put more bad germs and bacteria in that area!
Use a primer or bb cream that is for acne prone skin! Do not pile on your makeup! Scrub makeup off immediately before bed! It clogs your pores!
I also found that cutting out unnatural sugars (pops, chocolates or candies), some starches, and drinking only water really helps!
If you workout make sure you still wash your face with acne products after. If you find your face is getting dry from washing it so much then use a a gentler cleanser, on top of light moisturizing cream.
You do not need strong acne products to beat acne. Drying out your skin can cause more damage and acne!
I used to have severe acne in grade school. But all these tips really did make it better.
